Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Submission Process

IJDACR accepts manuscripts via the online submission portal. Manuscripts may also be submitted by email to editor@ijdacr.com.

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening for scope and formatting compliance, followed by a double-blind peer review process. Authors are notified at each stage of the editorial workflow.

Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should follow the standard IMRAD structure:

1. Title Page — Title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author email, and abstract (150–250 words).
2. Introduction — Background, problem statement, and objectives of the research.
3. Literature Review — Survey of relevant prior work with proper citations.
4. Methodology — Detailed description of methods, tools, and procedures used.
5. Results and Discussion — Presentation and interpretation of findings with supporting figures/tables.
6. Conclusion — Summary of contributions, limitations, and future work.
7. References — Properly formatted citations in IEEE style.

Figures and Tables

All figures must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and embedded within the manuscript at the point of first reference. Tables should be editable (not images). Each figure and table must have a descriptive caption.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors must submit a signed Copyright Transfer Form upon acceptance. All published content is distributed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

Publication Charges

IJDACR does not charge for manuscript submission, peer review, or online publication. Optional premium services (hard copy certificate, physical mailing) may incur charges. See Publication Charges.
