Abstract

In this paper, we propose an MC-CDMA model using Rake Receiver and different equalization techniques (ZF, MMSE, EGC and MRC) are used. Rake receiver using different number of fingers has been considered for performance evaluation. Simulation has been carried out using MATLAB 2010a. Additionally, we examine its BER v/s SNR graph for different types of equalizers in Rayleigh fading channel. Simulation results show that the proposed technique outperforms existing multicarrier systems.
